Straightforward rates for corporate event photography and videography across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Arizona — no hidden fees, no packages that don’t fit. All bookings include a 2-hour minimum. Multi-day and large-scale productions are quoted individually.

What’s Included
Every booking includes professionally edited, high-resolution images delivered with broad usage licensing for web, social, press, internal communications, and paid media. Same-day highlight sets are available on request. Full galleries are delivered within 48–72 hours for most events.

Elevation Event Photography serves corporate clients across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and greater Arizona. No travel premium within the greater Phoenix metro. National travel available for major productions.
